Silo safety type A is a device used to detect which silo of a battery is been charging, by means of a general electric board. According to the different versions the silo safety is fitted with a micro-switch wchich releases a contact signal with the flange of a truck or a manually-inserted pipe. Generally, this system is complete with a pinch valve to intercept the charge in case of:
- max-level
- overpressure inside the silo
